What is your Return Policy?

At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

  • Designed for virtually every technique; tight hands, violent punch, wrecking ball, forearm and shoulder, rip, swim, et all.
  • Work run block, goal line, pass pro, tackling fit, no other sled allows so many drills.
  • Wide pad spacing. Modular, expand or contract the size of the sled easily.
  • Run through frame for better drills.
  • S-Pads are bent like players with a head, torso, waist and knees. The pads are removable for storage.
