30-Day Return Window

Customers located in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be returned

  • Proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@elevatequip.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization (RMA).

Please do not ship items back without receiving return instructions first.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Change of Mind Returns

If you no longer want the product:

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to cover inspection, handling, and manufacturer return costs for large equipment items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product

  • Repair assistance

  • Full refund


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Order Cancellations

Non-Returnable Items
