What is your Return Policy?

At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

Product Description

Convert your GCQuad into the all-new QuadMAX.

Send in your GCQuad in working condition, and for a conversion fee, we'll transform it into a fully-functional QuadMAX — featuring a touchscreen, enhanced firmware, magnesium frame, larger battery, new plastic housings, and more. Each QuadMAX Conversion comes with a 1-year warranty in addition to any existing warranty.

How it works:

  • Step 1: Purchase the QuadMAX conversion service fee.
  • Step 2: A representative will contact you with instructions on how to ship your old device, including a pre-paid shipping label. Ship your GCQuad to us. 
  • Step 3: Upon receiving your device at Foresight HQ, we will validate that your device is in working condition and perform the conversion. 
  • Step 4: We will ship the new QuadMAX to you at no additional expense, by the Friday of the following week. Example: If we receive your device on a Monday, you can expect the new device to ship out by the Friday of the following week.

  • Speed Training: Ability to measure swing speed without the need for a ball to be struck. Functions with use of a speed training aid (affixed with reflective marker) as well as any golf club in your bag.
  • MyTiles: Allows users to customize the on-screen data they wish to view and prioritize.
  • Internal Session Capture: Allows shot and session data to be captured on the QuadMAX’s internal memory for later offload and analysis. Can store data for up to two billion shots.
  • Additional On-Device Data Parameters: Ball apex, descent angle, and ball offline from target.
  • Larger Battery: 15% larger battery for notably increased battery life.
  • Decreased Weight: 15% decrease in weight due to magnesium internals.
  • New Ergonomic Handle: Allows for easier carry, enhanced portability.
