What is your Return Policy?

At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

And no need to toggle a switch between irons and woods, because FOCUS uses AI-based club recognition technology to automatically distinguish between them.

Instant visual feedback powered by your Foresight Launch Monitor.

Shot results are visually represented onto the floor immediately after you hit, via the included projector. The FOCUS system seamlessly integrates with your Foresight Sports Launch Monitor, to ensure exact data measurements. No more reviewing club data points on screen, because the golfer, coach, and club-fitter can instantly review critical clubhead data on the hitting surface after each swing.

Ceiling-mounted. Easy to use.

FOCUS is a ceiling-mounted system and once professionally installed, no adjustments are necessary. Simply launch the FOCUS software on your computer, and FOCUS will recognize the ball on the hitting surface, while the AI technology automatically recognizes whether you are using a wood or an iron.
