At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

The ever popular 75 ball capacity Team Feeder has a new design plus added features! Will feed a softball into the Junior Hack Attack at variable speeds (6 to12 seconds or so) for continuous hitting time of 20 minutes.

  • NEW! Wireless Remote Control – A compact, easy to use remote control now comes with each unit, enabling easy “on/off“ from anywhere on or near the field.
  • NEW! Variable Speed Ball Delivery – Dial adjustment on feeder control panel sets the time between pitches with a range between about 6-12 seconds. 
  • NEW! Large Motor Cover – Solid cover provides safety when feeder is in use and protects feeder motor from possible damage from errant balls.
  • NEW! Non-slip Belt – Ribbed feeder barrel belt ensures smooth rotation for consistent ball delivery.
  • Feeder chute provides hitter with continuous ball vision and realistic sense of timing from feeder through pitching machine.
  • Safety warning light on front of unit notifies hitter that feeder is “on” and feeding balls to the pitching machine.
  • Anti-jam agitation supplies a constant flow of balls (baseballs and softballs).
