What is your Return Policy?

At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

Strike Attack (DC Model)

The Strike Attack soccer machine will rotate throwing positions and angles to provide powerful kicks, spin shots, and thousands of backspin passes per practice with the ability to lock in exact placement, speed and spin for precise repetition. This versatile unit can deliver cross kicks, indirect free kicks and penalty kicks with any speed and bend seen in international play.

The Strike Attack can be used for many drills for defenders, attackers and most especially goalkeeper training where it can improve balance, control, judgment, and range of coverage. A goalkeeper will develop a fast reaction to power kicks and close-range shots as well as better anticipate attacking players on cross and corner kicks.
