At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

Drop Attack Rugby Machine
(DC Model)

The Drop Attack rugby training machine is a pass and kick machine that will maximize your training time on the most difficult to practice phases of the game. True to its name, this unit will deliver a realistic drop kick, firing the ball 40-50 yards into the air. It will also replicate chandelles (or up and under) and torpedo kicks, hundreds of precise repetitions per practice.

With the NEW DC Model, quickly move to any location on the field with ease and power.

With a simple and quick adjustment to the wheel position the Drop Attack instantly becomes a passing machine. Passes to feet as well as powerful torpedo and spin passes can be thrown with extreme consistency.

  • On the battery unit, two 12V Lithium, long-life batteries reside in rubber-padded battery boxes that protect them from impact and vibration, both have an LED Power Display.
  • Two electronically controlled variable speed DC motors provide independent control of wheel speed, enabling ball delivery with any degree of spin at any speed.
