At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

The JUGS SP3 Baseball Pitching Machine delivers incredible accuracy with pinpoint pitch control, making it the ideal pitching machine for serious players and programs. With a 25–90 mph speed range and the Select-A-Pitch™ Dial, you can throw 8 pitch types, including Fastballs, Split-Finger Fastballs, Right- and Left-Handed Curves, Sliders and Cutters, helping hitters train like they’re facing a live pitcher.
