At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 14 days to appear.
