What is your Return Policy?

At Elevate Equip, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn't go as planned, we've made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here's how it works:

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@elevatequip.com to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a 25% restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders: If your order never arrives, we’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement.

Cancellations:

– Before shipping: full refund.

– After shipping: follow the return process.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear.

The included launch monitor in this package is the GC3 Ball Enabled — a configuration of the GC3 that provides trusted, tour-level ball data only. Unlike the GC3S, no subscription is required to access your data or use FSX software. Clubhead data can be unlocked at any time with a simple upgrade, giving you flexibility based on how you play and practice.

Use it on the range for precision practice or on the course for instant feedback tailored to improve your swing. Indoors, unlock next-level simulation for immersive gameplay. The GC3 Ball Enabled combines unmatched accuracy, portability, and revolutionary LINK-Enabled technology for a complete, game-enhancing experience—wherever you play.

FORESIGHT TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Foresight Sports GC3 Ball Enabled launch monitor is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two years after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, Foresight will, at their option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Bushnell Golf Authorized Service Department.
